Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the stock price of WOMI Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (WOMI).
The adjusted price of WOMI Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is Rs. 1340.83 for a 20% of bonus share on the previous closing price of Rs. 1609.
As per the Board Meeting of WOMI Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., the company has approved the following dividends for the FY 2077/78 on its current capital to shareholders:
- Total Dividend: 20 %
- Bonus Share: 20%
- Cash Dividend: 0%
The meeting also decided to hold its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 31, 2021.
