Price Adjustment for 25% of Bonus Share of Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Ltd.

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the stock price of Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Ltd. (SKBBL).

The adjusted price of Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Ltd. is Rs. 1176 for a 25% of bonus share on the previous closing price of Rs. 1470.

The company has approved the following dividends for the FY 2077/78 on its current capital to shareholders:

• Total Dividend: 1.32 %
• Bonus Share: 25 %
• Cash Dividend: 26.32 %

SKBBL will be holding its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 2, 2022. The AGM will be held on the following date, time, and venue:

• Date: 2 January 2022 ( 2078 Poush 18)
• Time: 11:00 AM Nepal Time
