As per the 302nd Board Meeting of Premier Insurance Co. Ltd. held on 12 January 2022, the company has approved the following dividends for the FY 2077/78 on its current capital to shareholders:

- Bonus Share: 14.25%
- Cash Dividend: 0.75%
