IPO of Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) listed in NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 5,000,000 units of IPO shares of Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) on 24th November.

Out of 55 million shares, 730,000 units of shares are issued to the general public, 500,000 units of the locals of the affected area, and 3.7 million as promoter shares.

The opening price range for the first transaction is Rs 98.77 to Rs 296.31.
