Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KHLBSL) is closing 1,32,000 units worth Rs 1.32 crore as an Initial Public Offering issue to the general public from today Bhadra 12. This IPO issue was opened on Bhadra 8.

Out of the offered 1,32,000 units; 1.5151% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 2000 units have been set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 6,600 units have been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 1,23,400 units are for the general public.

Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,320 units.

After the issuance of 1,32,000 units worth Rs, 1.32 crore IPO shares the general public i.e 33% of total capital will together raise its paid-up capital to Rs 4 crore and the promoter/public ratio will be 67:33.

Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha came into existence in September 2019 and started its operations from July 2020 with licence to operate in the Sudurpaschim Province.

The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager.

Mero Share whose server is connected to the data center at the National Information Technology Center located in Singha Darbar has to be transferred to the new server rack (Rack Migration). All services including C-ASBA, Web CDAS, CNS will be blocked.

During the migration process all the service of CDSC will be interrupted. All the services operated by Mero Share, C-ASBA, Web CDAS, CNS etc. will be interrupted during this process.

Due to the down time of the services,  the EDIS entry time of the transaction that should have been cleared by 2079-05-01 will be extended till 2079-05-04.

The migration process is set to start from 2079-05-01 and estimated to take a day at max.

The sale of "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086 KA." bonds of Bank of Kathmandu Limited with 7 years period and annual interest rate of 10.50 percent has been opened today from August 18, 2022.

The close date for the issuance of bonds is August 23, 2022. If no prior application is received, the issuance will be extended up to September 1, 2022.

Bank of Kathmandu will sell Rs. 1.1 billion worth of bonds worth 1.1 million units of  shares at the face value of Rs. 1000. Out of them, the bank is issuing 40 percent i.e. 440,000 units worth Rs 440 million to the general public while the bank will issue 660,000 units worth Rs 660 million to private investors.

Interested investors can apply for bonds from a minimum of 25 shares to a maximum of 1 lakh shares. Bank of Kathmandu's bonds can also apply through the C-ASBA system using MeroShare software or C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions and their branch offices that have received approval from the Nepal Securities Board.

ICRA Nepal has assigned BBB+ rating to the issue indicating adequate safety.

As per the decision of Board of Directors of Nepal Stock Exchange Nepal (NEPSE) date 2079 Baishak 21 (2022 May 4), arrangements have been made for trading of securities at the same time ( 11:00 am - 3:00 pm) every week from Monday to Friday effective from 2079 Jestha 01 (2022 May 15).
