Price Adjustment of 8% of Bonus Share of Laxmi Bank Ltd.

The adjusted price of Laxmi Bank Ltd. is Rs. 270.37 for an 8% of bonus hare on the previous closing price of Rs. 292.
On the last day before the book close, there were a total of 407 trades amounting to Rs. 20,954,003.50 and 71,864 total shares traded.

As per the 250th Board Meeting of Laxmi Bank Ltd. held at 4:00 AM on November 30, 2021, the company approved the following dividends for FY 2077/78 on its current capital to its shareholders:
- Total Dividend: 11.5%
- Bonus Share: 8% (8,556,551.89 units)
- Cash Dividend: 3.5% (Rs. 374,3 49,145.00)
